岗位职责
主要负责高压电池包的验证工作
作为Pack及Module产品开发项目组的成员，负责产品验证过程的输入和输出
协调内部/外部客户澄清测试需求，使测试项目可执行
管理产品验证活动，包括测试计划、测试方法、测试进度、数据分析和报告
开发外部测试资源并在当内部资源不足时开展委外测试

Main Responsibilities
Mainly responsible for battery High voltage Pack validation
Own input and output for Pack and Module validation activities, interface to development programs
Coordinate with internal and external customer to clarify **** request to ensure ****able
Management product validation activities, including **** plan, **** method, progress update, data analysis and report.
Develop external **** capability and coordinate with outsource ****ing when in-house resource is not enough


岗位任职条件
本科以上学历，理工科相关专业, 硕士优先；
良好掌握Pack及Module测试要求与方法，熟悉相关标准；
良好掌握ISO 17025体系关于实验室运营的要求；
3年以上Pack及Module测试经验；
良好的沟通表达和协调能力；
良好的英语能力；
Requirements
Min. Bachelor degree major in science and engineering, Master is preferred;
Good knowledge about battery Pack and Module related **** methods and standard
Good knowledge about lab operation requirement ISO 17025 system required
3+ years in battery Pack and Module ****ing
Good communication, presentation and coordination skills ;
Strong English skills;
