职责描述：
1.参与产品研发设计阶段(前工序)的设计评审，并做DFx(可制造性、可测试性、可维护性…)和PFMEA；
2.基于产品研发设计，开发适合产品量产的制造工艺，如新工艺开发，工艺改进，DOE及工艺参数定义等；
3.在新产品投产或新工艺导入前，配合ME/生产部，负责提供技术支持，包括：产品价值流分析、问题解决、原因分析、现场优率改善等；
4.新工艺、新技术的先期开发及引进，以提高产品的质量、优率及效率；
5.和质量、生产等相关部门一起开展工程试验，分析数据，找到最佳工艺或问题的根本原因（如组织相关部门一起优化工艺或产品设计，进行降本分析）；
6.客户支持，对返厂产品做失效分析，并找到根本原因；
7.和质量部门一起，建立产品合格/失效标准；
8.协调工程、质量和生产，解决产品质量问题；
9.培训及培养新员工，确保团队快速开展工作；
10.完成上级领导临时布置的其他相关任务。

Main Responsibilities
1. Involved in the R&D (front-end)on the design review, DFx(design for manufacturing/****ing…) and PFMEA analysis;
2. Based on the R&D design, provide and develop the suitable process before mass production, for example develop new process, process upgrading, DOE and process parameter definition;
3. Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
4. Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
5. Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
6. Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
7. Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
8. Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
9. Coach and train the new employee in order to get involved in the job as soon as possible;
10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager；

岗位任职条件
1.化学工程，材料工程，暖通工程，管道工程，机械类，自动化控制类等相关专业本科以上学历；
2.5年以上制造或产品开发经验；
3.2年以上团队管理经验；
4.2年以上锂离子电池的前工序工艺经验,包括制浆，搅拌，涂布，碾压，冲切等；
5.熟悉精益理念；
6.了解生产现场的环境控制，如粉尘管控，温湿度控制等；
7.具备失效问题分析的能力（石川图，6 Sigma或其他）；
8.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
9.善于跨部门沟通和压力下的工作能力；

Requirements
1. College above in chemical engineering, material engineering, heating engineering, piping engineering, mechanical or automation control and other related majors.
2. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
3. 2+ years of team leader;
4. 2+ years’ experience on the front-end process of the li- battery, including the milling, mixing, coating, calendaring and stamping;
5. Knowledge of Lean concept;
6. Understanding the concept of the environment control in the production field, such as particle, temperature and humidity;
7. Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
8. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
9. Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
