负责前驱体合成及工艺优化
负责前驱体合成中控检测及样品分析测试
前驱体样品测试分析，数据汇总及汇报


Main Responsibilities
Responsible for precursor synthesis and optimization of process
Responsible for process analysis and sample analysis
Responsible for precursor sample analysis, data processing and reporting
任职资格

化学，电化学，材料科学相关专业本科及以上，硕士优先；
熟悉常用材料表征手段：SEM，PSD，ICP，BET，XRD，滴定等；
熟悉常用电化学测试手段：纽扣电池测试，阻抗，全电池循环，储存等测试；
有2+锂电正极材料研究开发经历优先；优秀应届生亦可考虑。
良好口头及书面沟通能力；
英语口头及书面能力强优先。


Requirements
Master or above degree majored in chemistry, electrochemistry or materials science related;
Familiar with materials characterization methods: SEM, PSD, ICP, BET, XRD, Titration and so on.
Familiar with electrochemical **** methods: Coincell ****, Impedance ****, full cell cycling, storage and so on.
Research experience in cathode materials for lithium ion batteries for more than 2 years is a plus; Excellent graduate is also welcomed.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good English spoken and written skills preferred.
