职位要求
岗位职责:
1.Supervises Manufacturing Supervisor with respect to production, distribution, volume, cost, quality and achievement of production plans.
2.Assures, through Manufacturing Supervisor, good employee relations. May conduct employee meetings, approves requisitions, promotions, merit increases, transfers and discipline. Assures proper administration of union agreement (if applicable), and proper application of employee relations policies.
3.Stimulates maximum efficiency and productivity of both Manufacturing Supervisor and production employees. Assures efficient utilization of equipment and facilities.
4.In conjunction with Manufacturing Supervisor, establishes goals and objectives for assigned departments for review by Plant Manager. Administers the goal setting/performance appraisal program for the area.
5.Responsible for selection, hiring and development of Manufacturing Supervisor. Recommends merit increases, promotions and transfers.
6.Coordinates activities within his area with those of other production areas, plant staff managers and division. In conjunction with Production Control may develop weekly schedules to meet customer requirements.
7.Assures compliance with Company and Plant policies, health and safety standards, environmental regulations, hazardous waste, and good housekeeping practices.
8.Participates in base plan presentation. Continuously reviews ongoing performance within area of responsibility and takes action to assure achievement of goals.
9.Recommends improvements in equipment and processes. Coordinates, manages and evaluates the installation of new equipment or processes in area of responsibility.
10.Assures proper maintenance of machines and equipment in area of responsibility. Coordinates longer term planning for major maintenance projects.
11.Assures compliance with quality and process specifications.
12.Maintains the security of products and assets in area of responsibility.
Area Manufacturing Manager
岗位要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
2.Above 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years prior supervisory experience.
3.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
4.Must be able to effectively work with cross functional groups.
5.The ability to fluently speak and write in both Mandarin Chinese and English is highly desirable.
