职责描述：
参与产品研发设计阶段的设计评审，并做DFx(可制造性、可测试性、可维护性…)和PFMEA；
基于产品研发设计，开发合适量产的制造工艺，如新工艺开发，工艺改进，DOE及工艺参数定义等；
在新产品投产或新工艺导入前，配合ME/生产部，负责提供技术支持，包括：产品价值流分析、问题解决、原因分析、现场优率改善等；
新工艺、新技术的先期开发及引进，以提高产品的质量、优率及效率；
和质量、生产等相关部门一起开展工程试验，分析数据，找到最佳工艺或问题的根本原因（如组织相关部门一起优化工艺或产品设计，进行降本分析）；
客户支持，对返厂产品做失效分析，并找到根本原因；
和质量部门一起，建立产品合格/失效标准；
协调工程、质量和生产，解决产品质量问题；
完成上级领导临时布置的其他相关任务。

Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager；

岗位任职条件
机械制造，机电工程，电气类，自动化控制类等相关专业本科以上学历；
2年以上制造或产品开发经验；
了解锂离子电池的装配工艺，熟悉精益理念；
了解生产现场的粉尘管控；
熟悉涂胶、拧紧、超声波焊接、激光焊接、机器人应用、工夹具/模具的设计等；
有1年以上的工艺设计经验；
具备失效问题分析的能力（石川图，6 Sigma或其他）；
良好的口头和书面表达能力；
善于跨部门沟通和压力下的工作能力；

Requirements
College above in Mechanical, electrical, automation control and other related majors.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
Understanding the process of the li- battery assembly and knowledge of Lean;
Understanding the concept of the particle control in the production field;
Be familiar with the gluing, screw-tightening, ultrasonic welding、laser welding、robotics application、fixture/die design;
1+ years’ experience on the process development;
Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
Good oral and written communication skills.
Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
