职位要求
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for battery pack mechanical reliability evaluation;
2. Responsible for simulation of shock, vibration and fatigue life of battery packs; deliver analysis reports;
3. Responsible for tracking product test and analyzing the results;
4. Work with other functional team to provide inputs and support;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

2. 负责电池包冲击,随机振动,疲劳寿命的仿真分析,并提交分析报告;
3. 负责跟踪产品测试并分析测试结果;
4. 对其他部门提供技术支持;
5. 其他领导分配的任务。
Requirements:
1. Master degree in mechanical engineering or mechanics;
2. Have FEA experience in nonlinear contact, random vibration and impact analysis;
3. Have experience in vibration test and collision test in automobile industry is preferred;
4. 5+ years’ experience with at least one FEA tool such as Workbench, LS-dyna and n-code;
5. Experience in 3D design software, such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Pro-E;
6. 5-10 automotive industry experience and electric vehicle experience is preferred;
7. Good English and Chinese communication skill;

2. 有限元分析相关经验,包括非线性分析,随机振动分析和冲击分析;
3. 具有汽车行业振动测试经验,碰撞测试经验者优先;
4. 熟练使用有限元分析软件,例如Workbench, LS-dyna或n-code;
5. 熟练使用三维设计软件,例如SolidWorks,CATIA或Pro-E;
6. 5-10年汽车行业或电动汽车工作经验者优先;
7. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
